I came into month 7 in India not sure what to expect, which isn’t unusual but God has moved in so many ways.  Coming into India I knew BIG things were going to happen due to the fact of the challenges to get our visas.  Prayer for India began the end of October when we first were told as a squad that our visas were processing very slowly.  Following these prayers the Lord provided abundantly for us when we got stuck in South Africa, when the Indian embassy had our passports for our visas.  This meant spending 2 months in South Africa and changing our route a bit.  Take 2 of South Africa was full of challenges and lessons from the Lord but He showed me how to serve without anything in return.

A week or so before traveling to India, the last few days of December, I started praying for the Lord to use Q squad in whatever ways He desired.  Not sure about what I was praying for or asking for Q squad, God has shown up in so many different ways.  The first way He has shown up was with my team when we heard we would be living village life with no details about what this would look like.  So I had prepared myself for living in a grass hut in the middle of nowhere and on our 3rd bus to our village I was told our village has 3 million people.  Upon arrival we see that we are living in a city, in a 2-bedroom apartment for the month.  Very nice living quarters compared to what I had prepared myself for.

Ministry this month is going out Tuesday-Saturday to villages anywhere from 20 minutes to 1.5 hours away, where we hold prayer meetings and have house visits.  Each day we go to a different location and never see the same faces twice.  Making the beginning of the month a challenge and wondering if I would see much fruit.  After 3 weeks of ministry and a different village daily, God has shown up in many ways.  My squad leader Patrick who is spending the month with Team Leo prayed over a gentleman and healed him to allow him to open his eyes for the first time in 5 years.  I had the opportunity to hold a lady while she wept in my arms and all I know is she is very broken.  My team had the opportunity to go into a Hindu village and preach the Gospel for the first time.  Starting the next Sunday after we preached, prayer meetings started weekly with plentiful harvest.  I have fallen in love with my Indian family who hosted my team this month and who we did life with daily.

The biggest way God has shown up this month is through personal growth in myself, revealing to me what He plans for my future and showing me ways He speaks to me.  My last couple of posts had to do with a lifestyle of ministry but not knowing exactly what this looks like yet.   I have found such peace and comfort in knowing God’s Plan will unfold before my eyes.  For the first time in my life having full desire to follow whatever the Lord has for me knowing this will be hard but so rewarding.  He has also revealed to me that He speaks to me through words for others and myself.  Some hear through visions, dreams, the audible voice of God, and I have discovered He gives me words.  From these words come explanations and further understanding of what He gave me.

As always thanks for the continual love, support, and prayers that you extend to me as the Lord takes to me the nations to serve His children.  I am reminded daily from Him how blessed I am to be on this journey and the life He has given me.  From these 11 months to serve the nations, my family at home and friends, and how grateful I am to the greatest gift I am ever received-Salvation!  My faithfulness to His calling on the World Race has molded me in such great ways for the Kingdom.  I needed to be taken out the comfortable place where I was at home to be made more in His image.  Month 7 is coming to a close and He has revealed to me the passion I have for preaching His gospel to His beautiful children.  I would appreciate your prayers for what the Lord has for me the next 4 months and that He reveals to me what He has for me next.
