My life on the World Race has been turned upside down quite a few times from what the Lord has/is teaching me, feedback from my team to be more in His image, living away from home for 11 months, and discovering what it means to be a beloved daughter of the one true God! I began to understand that I am His daughter on this journey but can’t remember exactly when it happened. At some point my alumni squad leader Vanessa, shared with the squad about how much He loves us and how He is my Daddy. I started praying to the Lord in a new way and having different conservations like I was talking/sharing my heart with my own earthly father.

There are few to no things on this earth that are certain and always a sure thing but God’s love for me is something that always remains no matter what happens. In the 25 short years of my life I have been let down by numerous individuals but God has shown me His love is always unfailing and He is ready to pick me back up.

Today I write to you from Moldova having a rest day due to the rain and ministry being put on hold. I am not certain of anything but that today I am serving the Lord on the World Race in Moldova alongside team Leo. The only certainty I walk in is the amount of love I am covered with from my Father in heaven. His love protects me, directs me, guides me, and makes this life worth living everyday. As I walk more in His love everyday, He reveals His love to me, and I have an urgency to share this love with the nations. The reason I have joy and excitement daily in my life is from the love He has given me. This joy allows for me to serve Him daily whether this is working with children, weeding, evangelism, house visits, or doing office work, I can ultimately use these opportunities to be Jesus to those around me.

As His daughter I am also covered in His promises:

            – Eternal life: “ For God so loved the world, that He gave His only son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have eternal life.” John 3:16

            – Hope for my future: “For I know the plans I have for you, declares the Lord, plans for welfare and not for evil, to give you a future and a hope.” Jeremiah 29:11

            – Light for the nations: “I will make you as a light for the nations, that my salvation may reach to the ends of the earth.” Isaiah 49:6b

            – Wonderfully made: “I praise you, for I am fearfully and wonderfully made.” Psalm 139:14

            – I am strong and courageous: “Have I not commanded you? Be strong and courageous. Do not be frightened, and do not be dismayed, for the Lord your God is with you wherever you go.” Joshua 1:9

            – I am His daughter: “and I will be a father to you, and you shall be sons and daughters to me, says the Lord Almighty.” 2 Corinthians 6:18

These are just a few of the promises I stand on every day to be able to overcome this world to serve the Lord. Scripture is full of all the promises we are given from God and holding fast to these is the only way I can make it in this life. I pray for God to reveal His promises to me daily and to see Him manifested all around me through my daily life.

If you don’t know today that you are a son or daughter of God, I pray for God to reveal Himself to you. Know that you are loved more than your mind can ever understand. His love for you is so great that He sent His only son to the earth to be an example to us for 33 years and to die on a cross to forgive all our sins. This love is perfect love and nothing can separate us from it!

Thank you for the continual support as I serve the nations! I ask for prayers for these final weeks on the World Race, my return home in June for 2 months, and returning to Nepal in August for an internship. I hold fast to God’s promises knowing He has a perfect plan for my life and will provide all my needs. No matter where this plan takes me, I always remember each of you from home and miss each of every one of you. And the work being done in the nations is revealing to God’s children how much He loves each of us. This is offering hope, peace, and ultimately all I have to give is the love of Jesus. Serving the nations is the passion the Lord has given me and I desire to follow His plan in this season. May all the glory, honor, and praise be given to His wonderful name!
