I have arrived to Atlanta, GA for launch and officially getting ready to start this journey on The World Race. My dad drove me and a squad mate down here. Here is to the next 11 months and allowing God to do what He is going to do in and around me.
I wanted to take a minute to write to each of you to say thank you for your support and continual prayers on this new adventure. The past 6 months have been such a whirlwind and very emotional time but it is finally here. I am ready to begin this journey and allow God to do all He will in and around me. I had a few really hard good byes last week with some close friends but it didn’t hit me until pulling into the airport this is really happen. As we drove into the hotel, reality set in and checking in I had a feeling of the unknown, leaving home for a year, leaving all comfort zones, but starting this new adventure with a new family, Q Squad.
Over the past few days, The Lord has reminded me of His greatness:
“Then the angel of God who was going before the host of Israel moved and went behind them, and the pillar of cloud moved from before them and stood behind them, coming between the host of Egypt and the host of Israel. And there was the cloud and the darkness. And it lit up the night without one coming near the other all night.” Exodus 14:19-20
I have been studying Exodus and what a great reminder to me that God has gone before me on this journey and paved the way. God’s pillar will be moving with us every step of the way and directing out steps. How great His plan and guidance is for our life’s when we allow Him to be in control. This next year will be all about giving Him control and allowing my ways to die to Him. Here is to the next year of giving complete control to God and allowing Him to work in and through me!
I now come to you asking for your prayers:

-Safe travels to Thailand
-Homesickness, leaving all comforts of America
-My position as Safety for my squad
-Getting real with my team and breaking down barriers
-My attitude for the year
-Maintaining my sweet time with Jesus!
-The next 11 months and all God is about to do!
