1 Samuel 14:15-23
“Then panic struck the
whole army__those in the camp and field, and those in the outposts and raiding
parties�”and the ground shook. It
was a panic sent by God. Saul’s
lookout at Gibeah in Benjamin saw the army melting away in all directions. Then Saul said to the men who were with
him, “Muster the forces and see who has left us.� When they did, it was
Jonathan and his armor-bearer who were not there.
Saul said to Ahijah,
“Bring the ark of God.� (At that time it was with the Israelites.) While Saul was talking to the priest,
the tumult in the Philistine camp increased more and more. So Saul said to the priest, “Withdraw
your hand.�
Then Saul and all his
men assembled and went to the battle.
They found the Philistines in total confusion, striking each other with
their swords. Those Hebrews who
had previously been with the Philistines and had gone up with them to their
camp went over to the Israelites who were with Saul and Jonathan. When all the Israelites who had hidden
in the hill country of Ephraim heard that the Philistines were on the run, they
joined the battle in hot pursuit so the Lord rescued Israel that day, and the
battle moved on beyond Beth Aven.
I am
standing here with my head full of anything and everything that is going on in
my life right now. I don’t even
know where to begin, but honestly challenging days are common around me right
now, but God keeps teaching me through every circumstance and He keeps
reminding me that its all preparation for where He is taking me!
By the end
of these challenging days He is teaching me VICTORY,
PESERVERENCE, LOVE, PATIENCE, CHOICE and CHALLENGE. So to encourage you ask Him during the day what He is
teaching you and don’t let that one situation defeat you its not worth it and
God does not want you to be defeated! I’m starting to run with these hard days
and think that God might be trying to teach me something for the battle that we
are fighting at this time!
I received
a blog link from a friend and when I read it I was blown away and it took me to
a place where I am with the Lord! I seem to be in this passionate place with
Him. I am walking in a season of
being romanced by the Father to screaming and declaring VICTORY and FREEDOM over my life and the lives around me. Lately I just have this passion that
builds up inside of me and all it takes is for that one word or in this case a
blog that gets me worked up and the passion starts flowing out of my heart into
my lungs!
So of
course this happened after reading this blog and I started to declare Gods love
and truth over my life! So I’m here writing this blog to tell you to STOP being
afraid, stop thinking that He is not going to take care of it . . . JUST STOP! Know that you have the freedom to DECLARE TRUTH over you and the people around
you. Wherever you are, if you’re
in your car or in your house and you feel like screaming just release it. Trust me it’s the best feeling ever!
