Our men are phenomenal!
Let me just give you a description of what 6 men did for 9 ladies.
A few days prior to Valentine's day a sign is posted in the ladies housing inviting us to a incredible evening, detailing the ladies invited, what time to be ready and for us to get all dressed up.
Upon Valentine's day there was not much sign of the men, aside from the breakfast the girls made for them. They were off busy in the man house, doing who knows what. Okay we assumed they were making us diner.
7:30 comes around and there is a knock at the door. It is Tim, who is dressed up and looks like a rockstar, holding 2 handmade flowers (they're awesome) and announces who his dates will be for the evening. It continued with Francis, Kevin, Mihai, Chris and finally Dusty. (who was Kip and my date for the night)
They walk us over to their house, take our coats, get us seated and immediately give us some orderves (which on our budget is yummy crackers) and some bubbly. (I think it was called robby bubbly…there was a bunny on it). Already blown away by their decorating skills which included an arrangement of roses, candles and the use of our pink toilet paper strung from the ceiling and spelling the words "Happy Valentine's Day!" on the wall. They blew us ladies away by re-writing a song to "A Love Story" by Taylor Swift. Which was both hilarious and splendid!
We then had a diner that they had created, followed by dessert and then a skit that they had written. It was a "Blind Date" skit, with our guys dressed up as some of our girls. Funniest thing!
Nearing the end, we all opened up our Valentine bags with notes from one another and then finished the evening with a movie. "Grease"
One of the BEST VALENTINE'S DAY EVER!!
