Hello friends!!

I decided to make a video this month showing some of what our team was able to see and do in Uganda. We LOVED Uganda and were sad to leave.  Don’t worry, we’re still excited to see God show up here in India 🙂  There is a song by Kristi Northrup that most of you probably don’t know.  In 2003, I went on a missions trip to New Orleans and this song was on the cd that was made from our worship sessions.  The song is called Pictures of Tragedy.  I love this song and cry most times I hear it.  This song is my prayer.  I hope that it will also become your prayer. Walking down the dirt roads in the community where we ministered, this song often came to my mind.
There is so much love in this place though.  We were welcomed by everyone and loved by many in just a short time.  The people of Uganda welcomed in 6 strange American women, and said goodbye to 6 new family members.  My team and I had the honor of praying with almost 100 people to receive Christ.  This wasn’t just one massive service either.  These salvations happened door-to-door be each member of our team.  I had the honor of praying with around 30 of them. God is so good and He is so faithful.  My prayer for each one of those people is that they truly take hold of the decision they made.  I believe God will reward them for their faithfulness.
I hope you enjoy this video.  Some of my favorite I had the honor of meeting are in this video.  A part of my heart had been left in this country.  We were able to visit an orphanage our last day there.  It broke my heart.  When you watch the video, you’ll understand why.  Also, Pastor Joseph and his wife Beatrice were amazing contacts.  They are such humble and warm people.  They never stopped caring for us.  Mom, you would have liked them.  They treated us so well.  Anyhow, I hope you enjoy watching it as much as I did making it.
Much love from India,
Michelle
