Hey everyone!!! It is getting super close to launch time!  Just wanted to share a few exciting things. (Don’t forget to subscribe over on the left!! 🙂

I went to the dentist office today to get my teeth cleaned because well, not sure getting them cleaned overseas is doable!  I don’t have dental insurance anymore and to get x-rays, cleaning, and an exam was over $200!  This World Racer does not have that kind of change lying around anymore.  Not sure I ever really did actually, lol.  So, I decided I was just going to go with a cleaning, which is only $78.  So I get to my appointment, which is right next door to the office where I work.  I wait a few minutes and my dental hygienist comes to get me.  She then walks me to the x-ray machine and tells me they are going to give my x-rays for free!! yay!  Then I walk back to the exam room and we are talking about my trip and what not.  She tells me that they work on commission and that she is donating her commission to my trip.  Yep, this meant that my cleaning and x-rays were on $39!! yay! They have one of the business cards I had made up on their bulletin board and they plan on keeping up with blog while I’m gone.  (Thanks Dr. Waters and crew!!!)

I have been so blessed by the generosity of people these days.  I received a donation from my friend’s co-worker for $100.  Normally this wouldn’t be the craziest thing.  What makes it crazy for me is the fact that I don’t know him, have only talked to him maybe once, he doesn’t even like my friend that he works with!! I’ve also been blessed by people I went to school with.  This includes people from high school as well as college.  I have had several donations from people I went to high school with…a long time ago!  One in particular I’m not even sure I ever had a single conversation with! How cool is that.  I’ve been blessed by donations from my church, my close friends, my family, and even strangers who bought bracelets.  I’ve been blessed by the prayers from so many incredible people.  I have no clue how many that includes, but it makes me smile!  So here is a big kudos to everyone who has supported me in any form or fashion! Love ya!!
