Hello friends!!
Well…the World Race has officially begun! Everybody say HOORAY! I got on a plane in Lubbock, TX on Monday and flew to Los Angeles. Waited a few hours and boarded a plane headed to Hong Kong at 11:50 pm. The flight was 14 hours! And of course I had a middle seat which made it a little more difficult to sleep. But I managed to sleep most of the way. Except of course when they woke us up to eat 🙂 We even managed to skip over most of Tuesday because of the time difference. It is currently 7 pm in the Philippines and 5 am in New Mexico. After landing in the Hong Kong we had a short layover and then headed out to our final destination. We should find out more details in the morning about who we are going to be working with for this month. After getting here they took us out on a little excursion! Here are some pictures of our day 🙂
