Please pray for us in the following ways:

  1. Boundaries

    1. Because we are dealing with the tender places of someone’s heart, there is potential for harm.  We want to be sure that the ‘coaches’ are spiritually mature and trustworthy and that they have discernment, wisdom, humility and are able to hear clearly from the Holy Spirit.  This is NOT about a technique or a ‘how to’ checklist’…it is so much more.
    2. Right now, I am the only person who is feels fully equipped to minister in this way, but I want to get others properly trained up and equipped as soon as possible.  I don’t ever want this to be ‘that thing Michelle does’!  It NEEDS to be all about the Holy Spirit!  Time is the biggest obstacle here.  When we are together as a squad, it is really hard to get the team together and organize trainings because there are so many other meetings demanding their attention (many of them are leaders in other areas as well). 
  2. Planning

    1. We want to train people up in the process without putting it in a box.  So far, every session is completely different because what the Holy Spirit is doing is completely unique for each person.  But there are some common things the coaches need to keep an eye out for, or help along the process and we want them to be confident and effective.  
  3. Coaches (the person leading the session)

    1. That just the right people would be raised up as coaches in the Lords perfect timing.
    2. That a special gifting and anointing would fall on the coaches as they minister so they are maximized in their unique style and gifting
    3. That the coaches would lead by example in their ability to hear from the Holy Spirit confidently.
    4. That the coaches would remain humble and fully reliant on the Holy Spirit and not take matters into their own hands, but ‘say what the father is saying’ like the Holy Spirit and Jesus do.
    5. That the Holy Spirit would convict them clearly and swiftly so they can make right any ways that they failed (we all are just human).
    6. That they would be a safe place and do what it takes to create a safe place.
  4. Scribes (The person who accompanies the Coach and takes notes for the participant to take home.  This person should have similar traits as the coach and be highly discerning so they can offer insight and guidance as needed)

    1. That they would be anointed to know what to write down and be able to quickly and concisely capture what the Spirit is saying and doing.
    2. That they would be highly discerning and able to offer confirmation, help, or raise red flags for both the coach and participant if needed.
    3. That they would have a strong prayer life, with high stamina and be interceding throughout the whole session.
  5. Participants (the people seeking help and healing from the Holy Spirit)

    1. That they would feel Gods perfect peace and the presence of God would rest on the session.
    2. That they would have the courage to take any fear, concerns, expectations, or reservations about the process directly to the Lord at the onset of the session so they can enter in from a safe place.
    3. That they would have the courage to allow the Holy Spirit into even the deepest and most difficult places of their heart and mind and allow Him to work there.
    4. That they would be able to verbalize at every step along the way.
    5. That they would hold tightly to the truths spoken over them by the Holy Spirit for the edification of their spirit and the enrichment of their life.
  6. Me

    1. Please pray that I hear clearly from the Holy Spirit along the process of organizing what the Holy Spirit does in and through the sessions in a way that I can clearly communicate it to others and raise up coaches who are effectively trained and equipped to use this tool in the way the Lord intends. 
    2. That I will have the Fear of God and NOT the fear of man.
    3. That this would NOT be about me, and would be COMPLETELY about the power of the Holy Spirit to transform hearts and minds for the Glory of God!
