Today is the last day, before the first day, of the rest of my life!!!
I had my ‘last day’ of work at CBC. I worked there for 4 years, and it has been a full ride! So many relationships. So many people I love and will miss dearly. Thank you all for the many hugs, and tears, and encouraging words. It is so good to have you share in this work with me and be a part of what God is doing.
The excitement of what is to come bursts through any grey cloud that would try to gather. I don’t leave till Sept 1, but tomorrow starts a whole new kind of life. A life of full abandon! Not that I did not abandon myself to the Lord before, but now, I have no clock to punch, no schedule to keep. I just have to be where God says be, when He says be there :0) I hope to stay in full-time ministry for the rest of my life, from this moment on! Every stop along the way this summer is a part of my race.
My Prayer (both for you and for me) :
Lord, Father, Provider, King, Friend…..I surrender every moment to your plan and every step to your path. Holy Spirit, please speak through me. Touch hearts, transform minds and thinking, rearrange lives, breath life and fire into them, and inspire people to know You more through this willing vessel. You say that they are worth it all. Help me to live like they are worth it all!

Special thanks to the very special woman who heard from the Lord about a piece of gear I needed. She didnt settle for what I had listed on my Wish List, but the Lord prompted her to ask if I needed it to be waterproof. The origional item I had picked out was sooo expensive, I ‘settled’ for something more affordable that would get the job done. Thank You Holy Spirit for always knowing what I need, and Thank You friend for giving so generously!
