11 Prayer Requests

1.      Organization

a.       I have a lot that needs to get done before I go

2.     Preparation of My Heart

a.     I don’t know what I will encounter, but the Lord has gone before me and HE knows!

3.    Preparation of THEIR Hearts

a.     I don’t know who I will encounter, but the Lord knows…

4.    Safety

a.     I will be in places where the Gospel is illegal and/or unwelcome

5.     Vaccines

a.     I’m praying for a doctor who can donate vaccines and wave the office fees to administer them – I have not insurance

6.     Wisdom of What to Bring

a.     though I think I know what I will ‘need’, I know I will be making due with far less than I ever thought I ‘needed’

7.    Squatty Potty Fears

a.     I’ve seen some pics, and it is pretty intense

8.    My Team Mates

a.     living in constant community with the same 7 people for a year …. we will be a family. We covet your prayers as all these different personalities converge. Community is not easy, but its ALWAYS worth it!

9.    Obstacles

a.     That no obstacle would keep me or any of my teammates from being exactly where we need to be, when we need to be there. That we would know when to push through, and when to let the Holy Spirit redirect

10.    Travel

a.     That we would be safe and arrive just where the Lord wants so use us, even if it’s not on the itinerary

11.    Theft

a.     protection from theft of…passports, money, equipment, electronics, kidnapping, ect

11 Needs

a.     gear, training, some travel, toiletries/personal money for 1 year, vaccines, medical insurance, bills, emergency money

b.      this amount could be less if people donate airline miles, vaccinations, gear, ect

a.     I am selling bracelets made in the Philippines – 50% of sale goes back to the families who make the bracelets, 50% goes to my WR support budget

4.     Sale of My Belongings

a.     I’m selling everything, car, bed… everything

5.     Airline Miles

a.     I have to pay my own way to and from our departure/arrival city in the US

a.     specifically: Black Diamond Head Lamp (AA or AAA batteries only)

a.     plus-size (large size), dark color, beautiful design (no beads or sequens) (to serve as my towel, blanket, dress, skirt, sun blocker, and all around multi-purpose material)
