I was baptized y’all!!!
Around 5 am, a group of us walked down to Lake Nicaragua’s beach. 5 of us got baptized that morning. God did a major healing in a part of me that week at debrief in Granada. God took me back to a heart-wrenching incident in my life that I didn’t realize was still connected to something that wasn’t healed. It’s what has led to so many unhealthy relationships in my life and cycles that I couldn’t break. I thought it was forgotten, but I hadn’t brought it to the light. Sometimes we need to go backward before we can go forward. I am a woman of affirmation and my Papa knew I needed that to feel loved and understand I was made with a plan. He took me back to my birth to show me this. My name held a new meaning that I could finally accept and embrace.

February 7 is the day that the Lord touched my heart and showed me how much I am loved by Him in a way only I would know that it is TRUE…and this is all because my heart was free and I left a space open for Him to enter.
LET THE GATES OF GLORY OPEN WIDE!
God made me new again. He is breaking me down in layers to build me back up to be the woman He created me to be. He is showing me what I am capable of and much I’m LOVED by HIM so I can spread that love with others through the soft, compassionate heart He has gifted me with.
This baptism symbolizes a rebirth for me:
A new sense of self in the eyes of the Lord; A known daughter of the one and only Father; A woman who walks with Christ and embraces her name; A woman who knows she has purpose and will persevere till she reaches the Kingdom.

I was caught up in who I’m Not,

I am now living out Matthew 28.”All authority in heaven and on earth has been given to me. Go therefore and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all that I have commanded you. And behold, I am with you always, to the end of the age.”
I still need about $1500 by the end of February to reach my next goal of $13,000. Please help me continue my walk with the Lord. This is so much bigger than myself. He is building up His kingdom and I get to be a part of it by helping Him in these countries and with you back home through telling my stories. I hope to inspire you to take a leap of faith and hear his call. Find that silence within you and build that intimacy with you and the Father. Listen to His voice and find that rest. It is only month 2 and it has been so amazing.
