Refuse Anxiety. Refuse negativity. Refuse panic. Refuse fear. They are trash.
You are completely free from these things through Christ. You are in a place of rest. Choose rest. If you are in the middle of chaotic circumstances, rest will allow you to rise above the mess and see through His eyes again – see things from above.

There is joy for this day
and hope for tomorrow.
This is the day Jesus Christ has made
will you rejoice and be glad in it?
God has promised us rest.
Enter into His rest by right here, right now, in this moment
choosing to believe you are at rest.
It’s a gift
for you
so take it.
God’s presence is consistent.
He’s the Prince of Peace
and He is with you
so peace is your’s also.
