My experience serving God in the nations this last year has left me radically changed.  I learned to walk in the fullness of my identity as a son of God.  After the World Race I led a team of 11 to Kenya for four months, through Adventures in Missions Real Life program.

My experience’s have given me the passion to see God’s sons and daughters walk in the fullness of their identity, embrace freedom, and bring Kingdom to earth.  I love to give, and God gave me the revelation that I can actually give to the world in a great way by helping raise up Christ-centered world changers.

How others describe my leadership:

“Aggressively real, open to feedback, truth teller, willing to listen, will confront for betterment of all.”
(Mike Paschall, Coach/World Race leadership
)

“A man full of love with a huge servant’s heart. A man passionate about life and people!  A warrior for the Kingdom!”
(Patti Paschall, Coach/World Race leadership
)

“Honest, servant, Spirit led, worth following!”  (Brad Baldwin, teammate)

“Led by the Spirit. Bold. Big-heart. Passionate. Creative. Not afraid to do whatever needs to be done! The term “fearless leader” comes to mind.”  (Nicole Ricketts, teammate)

“Zealous, fearless, visionary, dreamer, creative, passionate, encourager, intentional, big-heart, worshiper.”
(Justine Zins, teammate)

Three things I learned on the World Race:

I discovered that really the greatest treasures in life are relationships, our relationship with God and with the people God places in our lives. I learned the importance of fighting for healthy relationships with the people you walk with everyday.

I learned what it means to be in ‘covenant’. I learned that when you commit to something, you need to see it through, regardless, and that when you commit to people, you need to stay at the table, regardless. I know that when you are in covenant with people, you need to be open and honest with them everyday, and not hold anything back.  I discovered what a blessing covenant relationships are; to fight for people and have them fight for you.

I discovered that God really does have a good and perfect and pleasing will for my life.  I learned that it may not always look the way I think it should, but if I trust in the Lord beyond my understanding He will see me through.  I know, not only in my head, but also deep in my spirit, that God has the best for me!
