God loves us with an unfailing and everlasting love. Recently, my prayer has been to love God and love people with that same unfailing and everlasting love.
Today, I had a revelation that God is “beyond reckless” in loving us, pursuing us, and offering us His grace. I decided that I want to be beyond reckless too. I want to be beyond reckless in the way I love God, pursue Him, and live for Him. I want to be beyond reckless in how I live my life. I want to live fully inspired, fully alive, and fully in love.
I Google searched ‘beyond reckless’ and the images that came up ranged from weird to inappropriate. This photo of Fidel Castro is the closest I got to a photo that could almost relate to the blog’s content…
Be reckless like Jesus, not Fidel Castro.
I want to be so reckless with my life, that even the hero’s of heaven would look down and say, “Wow, that guys really wild! And his love is dangerous.” I want David’s mighty men to look down and say, “Now that is a warrior!” I want David to look and say, “Now there is an undignified worshiper of God!” I want Abraham to see me and say, “Now there is a faithful man.”
So how about you?
