These are all the things we had said we wanted to be…that we thought we had been.
But instead: Separation. Untrusting. Insecurities. Lies. Selfishness…these where the things we had become…
Family time blew up one night and all of these things were "thrown-up" on our leaders. We thought that we brought all these things in the right way but all we were saying was, "I am insecure in my relationship with Christ and my identity in Him." Two days later…everything is changing…the Holy Spirit doesn't put up with riding the fence…He doesn't put up with our crap. And its changing…our minds are changing…our hearts are changing…our lives are changing…Christ is changing us…
(mike) The other day at a crusade, a drunk man came up to me and started dancing (with way more hip movement than I was comfortable with). Then he asked me why "the Americans chased the red indians away?"
… I didn't have an answer for him.
