There are endless opportunities to promote the Kingdom of God, and get involved. There are a couple opportunities I would like to tell you about.
In Thailand we worked with a man named Veerapong Sinpu, we called him 'V'. V does a lot of sports ministry, and reaches children all over his region with the gospel. V has incredible favor with local government officials, and schools, and has many opportunities to go into schools that are nearly completely Budhist, and share the gospel of Jesus Christ (this is a rare opportunity!!!! It's nothing short of miraculous). It is amazing that V is given complete freedom to speak to the students. V continues to build relationships with non-Christian government officials, and gains favor to hold events that share the love of Christ and serve the community.
I consider it a true HONOR to have met this man. His heart, is after God's heart. His passion is focussed. His gifting is tremendous. People are attracted to him and his ministry, and more and more are being drawn into the Kingdom of God through his efforts. He has a heart for discipleship. He is married and has two children, and although he really doesn't have the money, he also has welcomed two young men to live with him and his family. Thanks to V, these young men have the opportunity to go to school. They have a home, they are fed, and they are discipled, and they are loved as his own sons.
V has an incredible vision. He has plans to expand his ministry, and really his only hindrance is financial. I promote his ministry, and encourage you to give, knowing that he will be a faithful steward, and that the money will go to a great Kingdom cause!
