I want to invite you into something.
Tomorrow I am beginning a 40 day journey of wonder.
These next 40 days will be set apart, as days for WORSHIP! Every day, I am going to pray about how I should worship God the following day. For example, since I am starting tomorrow, today I will pray about how I should intentionally worship God tomorrow.
I could fast from food all day tomorrow, as an act of worship to God. Or I could spend time singing worship for 10 minutes at the beginning of every hour. Or I could set apart time to paint, or dance, and do jumping jacks! It could be anything! I could set apart the evening for prayer, or wake up extra early and worship the day in. I’m just going to think up ways each day, of how I can increase the amount of intentional worship time I spend throughout these next days.
The vision is to create a greater depth of intimacy in relationship with God. I hope to get completely lost in the heart of the Father! I hope to more fully understand Christ’s sacrifice and resurrection. I hope to greatly realize the depths of the wells and wells of living water the Holy Spirit has for me.
I believe these next 40 days are going to completely transform the way I walk with God, and I want you to have this experience also!
If you’d like to also set apart these next 40 days for worship, I highly encourage you to do so! The commitment is whatever you make it! It’s flexible, and will work with your schedule since YOU are designing it. Everyday you get to be creative and craft what the following day of worship with the Lord will look like. Pretty much it’s awesome and DO IT!
