Good morning everyone!

My name is Michael Rojewski.  I am 23 years old and I will be attending the world race, route 3 in October.  I have done humanitarian/mission work in my hometown of St. Louis, Missouri for a long time. But during the summer of 2012, my dad and I had the opportunity to go on a mission trip to Juarez’, Mexico.  After that trip, God sparked something inside me.  He has allowed me to build houses and minister to the people of Mexico twice a year, since 2012.  I will actually be there again next month!  Through these trips, I have felt God calling me to take the next step in my faith.  I have applied for some mission internships the last couple of years, but I was rejected.  So I know that this is right where God wants me to be!

Fun facts about me.  I was born without part of my brain (corpus callosum), so I have to pay much more attention at school and work! Personally, I think I have some really cool surgical scars on my head.  I have had 8 major surgeries to fix certain things before I was six years old, and I love being in hospitals and ambulances lol.  Since I graduated high school in 2011, I have worked in construction and have a small landscaping company. In my free time, I enjoy family, friends, service projects, and teaching 5th grade guys in Sunday School.

I am so exited to start the next step in my journey with Christ.  There have been, and will be many obstacles to overcome during this time of preparation and while I am on the race.  Please keep me and my team in your prayers as we tackle this road together.
