Where in the world is Michael Leutwyler?
I’m in Malaysia, but before I begin to tell you about this country and what my blogs this month are going to look like, let me tell you about the country that stole my heart. Thailand! (working on a video about my time there) I miss Thailand. I miss Remember Nhu, the girls at Remember Nhu. I miss it all. God has defiantly given me a burden for that part of the World. Asia is an amazing place. The people are wonderful and a blessing to be around. As much as I miss Thailand, my time there has come to an end. With every end is a new beginning… and I am ready for a new challenge. God has placed me into unknown territory this month… MALAYSIA!
Here is what I can tell you about Malaysia…. It’s closed.
Preaching of the gospel IS permitted but NOT to Muslims (who make up 58% of it’s population). I can’t say whether or not we will be doing that or not. I can’t say what we will be doing and I won’t be able to post any pictures from this month. The information that that I will be able to give is going to be very limited, but I will give it. I am working on a video to share with you all with some facts about this month and will hopefully have it up within a week.
What I have decided to share with you is my individual journey with God this month. My blogs will be intimate, and I will share very personal information about my life and walk. The thought of sharing this kind of information is scary but I want you to see how amazing our God is and expose walls He is tearing down. I hope and pray that you read these blogs with an open heart and that you will be able to see God move in them.
