This is a September newsletter for one of my Romanian contacts. It describes what we were doing, the ministry here, and how you can pray for Romania. There is a lot of spiritual darkness here due to witchcraft, and the area boasts one of the smallest percentages of Evangelical Christians in the world right now, at about 0.002%.

I head out tomorrow early for Moldova and will probably have yet another month with scarce internet. Please know that I still love and care for each of you even when I am unable to communicate. I can’t wait for the blessing of a computer and internet come Thanksgiving!

However, I am still very greatfull to be out here with an increased opportunity to press in to God. I’m also really appreciating the support of my team and squad. I was able to lead part of my team this month and God continued to heal, transform, and direct me. It was one of the most difficult yet one of the best months because I was driven to spend a lot of time with God and in prayer. Goody goody. 🙂

Thank you SO much for your continued correspondence and prayers!!! I love you!

Blessings to you!
Mere

Dear Friends and Partners in the work of the Lord, greetings! I hope you are all doing well and know the love and care of Christ in your lives. It is my pleasure to share what God has been doing this month.
We hosted another World Race team, which joined in our ministries. We brought them into our home and invested in them. They were able to help translate some materials like prayer requests, posts about our work in Maruntei etc.

This month we held our usual Tuesday afternoon Kid’s Clubs where we use Bible lessons, verses, songs, crafts, and games to teach God’s truth. We also continued house visits to plant seeds of the gospel.

Unique to this month, a cheerful group of Christians walked the streets and covered Maruntei in prayer. We helped serve during the week-long Parent Vision Trip. And we also held a very successful glasses distribution where the gospel was shared!

Please pray for rest, energy, health, and encouragement for Nicoletta, Damaris, AnaMaria, and myself. Pray for God to meet all our needs. Most of all, pray for humility and hope for the people who often believe they are too good to need God’s grace, or think they are too bad for God to forgive.

Thank you so much for your prayers and your help. You can contact me at: [email protected]. May God bless you with grace and peace.

 In Christ,
 Octavian
