Hello!
I wish Internet and time allowed me to keep you better up to date.
I’ve just sent a week in Nepal. It has been amazing getting to go places each day to share the gospel. Today we joined with another organization to feed breakfast to 400 kids from the slums. Yesterday we hiked to a remote spot to pray with people in a lepar colony. The day before we visited a Buddhist/Hindu monastery and spoke with the women there. Each day has been an amazing experience – not only that I’m in such a place (so different and new and something not many people get to do) or even that I get to spend days talking about Jesus and praying with people – but because of how God is working here and using us.
It is very challenging and I’m very thankful to be here! Thank you so much for sending me and keeping me in your prayers! I’ve seen God at work in so many ways!
I will write more later but I needed to ask you to please be praying. We leave in a few min to spend the next two weeks sharing Christ in a remote village. Please pray for the people we’ve shared Christ with this week to seek Him. Please pray for us to be sensitive and courteous and represent Christ well in the village. Please pray for us to speak truth to ourselves, to be loving and unified, and to be untouched by evil. It tries to oppose us. Pray that we resist every way it comes at us. For safe travels. For each of us to be healthy and reliant on God. Most of all for God to be glorified!
