Well I have made it past the halfway point of the Race, I officially have been gone more months then I have left before I’m home. That’s crazy! Something it feels like I’ve been gone years and sometimes it feels like I just left home. This journey has been nothing yet everything I’ve expected. The World Race has come out with a new promotional video today featuring my squad when we were back in Swaziland. While the video it awesome and very well made, it really only shows the good, fun, adventurous stuff. You don’t see the never ending travel days, the awkwardhard feedback sessions, the sometimes terrible diet (A LOT of rice), sick days (there is a lot of them), or the days were you just want to be alone. It’s been one of the hardest but one of the best years of my life, I wouldn’t have changed it for the world. I have learned a lot about myself and how I deal with people. I’ve become more aware of his voice and his constant pursuit of me. God just wants us to be in awe of Him and see His creation.
I have loved this season that I’ve had and I’m glad it’s not over yet??
