So, Mom and Rosemary (and to all), I am safe and sound. AND…. in Botswana!!
After 28 hours of travel I was greeted by my team in Johannesburg at the airport. We were carted off to a hostal and then had a 7 hour bus ride out to Gabarone, Botswana.
My ear is okay but still healing and fly-day had my nerves high but in the end was pretty much fine.
I have SOOO much more to post, about the rainforest, Bolivia in general, and then to update you all on my ear/sickness.
Sorry this post is lame, but I wanted you to know that I am here and safe and mostly healthy.
