I can’t believe that it was not too long ago that I heard about the World Race…. And now I have actually been accepted and Godwilling will be leaving in September for this amazing adventure! I am very excited but at the same time a little nervous. I have a passion to spread the Gospel to others and now this is the chance to travel around the world and reach the lost , poor, and broken hearted people out there. Looking back to who I used to be and to where God has brought me now is amazing. And I am excited and a little nervous at the same time for where he wants to bring me and how he wants to use me on this missions trip. I am excited for the person He will blossom me into during this great journey where I know I will witness great miracles happen such as the sick getting healed or people who are lost and hopeless being filled with hope and joy for a new future.
The trip is 11 months long and I would be traveling to 11 countires within that time and going off the beaten path to reach orphans and people living in poverty. Being able to shed a little light to them will be an extremely rewarding experience. I feel honored to give my life to serve the Lord and be able to spread the Gospel for Him to let the light of the Gospel touch the hearts of the lost and poor people. And that is what I will be doing on this trip. The hard part right now for me is to raise the money up. I know that if God wants me on this mission than He will provide in amazing ways but it is still a long road ahead of me because I only have raised $190 and I still need $15,310 more.
