Soo I haven’t blogged in awhile, for that I am sorry. We rarely had internet in Haiti, and I have been in Dublin, Ireland this past week attending the awakening conference, and not thinking about my blogs, so again I am sorry. This blog is to sum up the wonderful month I had in Haiti, and the next blog will talk about Ireland.

The last two weeks in Haiti were surreal. They went by quicker than I ever could have imagined. One minute I was complaining about the unceasing heat, and the next minute I was saying goodbye to the many friends I met within the month.
Here’s a picture of some of those friends.

So going into Haiti, you see tents, and lots of rubble everywhere!
It’s quite a site to see so much destruction, but when you talk to the people. They have such warm hearts that are thankful for the help they receive, and for the life that the Lord has given them.

Our team along with a group of Haitians would walk to a property that once held a house. We would get a few materials to aide us in construction.

And then begin the construction.
And build, and build, and build
And then we tarped the houses

With this being the finished product
This is just a glimpse of some of the work we did daily. The next blog will have some of the fun and cultural things we experienced along the way.Â
