I know this is a month late and you're probably looking for a blog about Swaziland but I just can't skip a Never Have I Ever blog! I hope you enjoy and I promise that a Swazi blog is coming soon!

Slept at a border crossing because it took a billion hours for all of us to get our visas!
Showered outside in a Tropical Depression
Washed dishes outside in a Tropical Depression
Washed walls with a mop
Moved palm branches into huge burn piles
Had a tick insert its gross little body into my foot—potentially the worst day of the race…
Been to the early service (8:30am) at a church because it’s too hot to meet later in the day
Been to a church made of reeds
Washed blankets and sheets by hand (ridiculously tedious fyi)
Had to fetch water from a well down the road for dinner in the African bush (they expected me to carry the bucket on my head but my balance is…ummmm…. terrible so that wasn’t happening!)
Shoveled manure to use for planting
Correctly folded a fitted sheet (Jessie taught me how and now I can’t wait to fold my sheets when I get home!)
Seen a child’s hair turned orange because of malnourishment
Seen a child’s stomach expanded because of worms
