Thank you for visiting my blog page! This page is to give you a closer look into what goes on in my heart and mind as I journey through the World Race.
So here is a little bit about me:
I’m flawed. I make mistakes. You’d think I’d learn my lesson the first time. I’ve been hurt. I’ve experienced heart break. I trust too easily. I tend to be a people pleaser. I struggle with insecurity. I over think things. I am way too hard on myself. I struggle with letting things go. I am so far from perfect.
But you know what else I am?
I’m fearfully and wonderfully made. I am the light of the world. I am loved, so greatly loved, by Jesus. I am coheir with Christ, inheriting His glory. I am a new creation; old things are passed and all things were made new. I am a member of the chosen generation, royal priesthood, holy nation, and peculiar people.
Saved by grace, growing in grace. I am His.
I have a long way to go, but I’m going. I have tried to disqualify myself in thinking that I wasn’t cut out for this. But I choose to trust in God and will not lean on my own understanding.
So, I guess you can say this “about me” section will be under construction…God isn’t done with me yet!
