Today makes exactly one week that I have been working in the Adventures in Missions office. For those of you that don’t know, I moved to Gainesville, GA about a month ago, to serve as an apprentice for the World Race. As an apprentice, I attend discipleship classes on Mondays, where so far I have learned how to capitalize on my strengths. The long term goal of being an apprentice is to have a better understanding of my calling/ purpose in life, and to utilize the resources that are available to me, to help me make that calling a reality.
Apprentice is my main role, however, I also serve in the office as a World Race Mobilizer. So in other words, I assist the participants committed to an upcoming trip. My job is to develop a deeper relationship with them. This deeper relationship allows me to accomplish the following:
1. Help them establish community with their fellow squad-mates.
2. Make sure that their administrative and financial deadlines are met.
3. Be there to give them spiritual guidance, as they prepare to embark on a year-long journey of missions around the world.
I feel like this position is a really good fit for me, and I am excited to get to know these racers better and to serve them in any way I can. I know how God has used the World Race to transform my life, and what a crucial role is has played in my relationship with Him. I am so honored that I get to be a voice and a light to someone who is stepping into this process of transformation.
However, I can’t do this alone. I really need your help, to be able to stay here, so I can launch future Racers. My position is 100% support funded. I still need $6,725 to be fully supported for the next 5 months. This support meets my basic needs of paying rent, utilities, groceries, and $1,000 apprenticeship fee. Thank you for believing in me and believing in the responsibility that God has placed in my lap. I absolutely would not be able to do this without you.

1. The racers as they get ready to launch.
2. That my support would come in, in full measure.
3. Giving a one-time gift or coming on-board as a monthly supporter.
Please give God praise for the provision that is coming, for the transformation that will take place in these racers lives, and for the hope and love of Christ that is going to spread out all over the world.
