June 15th was the halfway mark for the race.  It was definitely a bittersweet moment.  I sat there and was amazed that I had made it
this far… but now I have to do it all over again?  It took debrief in Joburg with the squad to
have a change of perspective.   It’s not
so much of having to do it all over again, but savoring the last bit of time I
have enjoying a community of 38 other Christians pursuing the Lord
full-heartedly and actively bringing the kingdom to earth.  Not only that, but I have an amazing team to
spend the next 140 days with. A team who has become not just my team but my
family.  We know how to have fun
(yeaaaah) and love on and challenge each other in ways that allow us to be
stretched and grow.

July 15th is the deadline for all money to be in our support accounts.  I am so thankful for all who have supported me financially to be here.  After including monthly pledges, I can joyfully say that I am fully supported!

But I still need your help! My teammate, friend sister, and World Race bestie Suzi Ibanez http://suziibanez.theworldrace.org/ has not yet reached the $14,300 mark. She has only a few days to reach this deadline or she is sent home. I know she is not supposed to go home yet. God has so many plans to use her on THIS trip.   Please help her out and donate to her support account. She has raised $11,000 so far and only needs $3300. She still needs a lot, so every bit will help. Thank you all so much for your prayers and support.
