Hello!! If you are here, then you are seeking to pray for this crazy journey that I have decided to go on! First and foremost, I wanted to thank you, for making the decision to walk alongside me in prayer. This trip, and everything that leads up to it, is an overwhelming and scary sight to look at from the starting line. My prayer since January has been that the Lord would guide me to where He wants me this summer, and I have seen Him move in crazy ways to get me where He desires to send me. And I need Him to continue to move mountains. The power of prayer is so incredible, and I am so thankful that you have decided to join me. Or maybe you were just bored and wanted to read this. While you’re at it, lift these things up to the Lord with me.

Pray for the people that I encounter in Ecuador. I get the opportunity to be the hands and feet of Jesus this summer, and I hope that the people of Ecuador get to experience His love through me. Pray that they would have an open heart; hearts that would be prepared for how the Lord desires to move.

Pray for the people that I encounter along the way. While the trip is to Ecuador, I will be travelling a ton. There is so much opportunity, to encounter people and be a light to people along the way. Pray that Jesus would shine through me during my travels.

Speaking of travels, pray for safety. Pray that my team and I will arrive to Ecuador, and arrive home safely. That our travels would be smooth and stress free.

Pray for me. As I mentioned, I have the opportunity to be the hands and feet of Jesus this summer. Pray that I would be just that. That the Lord would move through me, and others would encounter Him through me. Pray that I remember to give the glory back to God, and that I don’t get too caught up in what I am doing, and begin to take credit for the mountains that the Lord moves. Pray that the Lord would provide me with the strength to not burn out.

Pray that the Lord would provide funding. I need to fundraise a little over $4,000 in order to get to Ecuador, and at the time I am writing this, that is barely over a month away, and I have barely made a dent in my goal. This is a lot, but I have full faith that the Lord will provide, so please join me in praying for that!
