Jesus is the image of the invisible God. God is no longer invisible because of Jesus.

All things were created in Jesus. Everything. Every blade of grass, every cloud, every deer and bird and turtle, as well as everything in heaven. Visible and invisible, meaning this includes every scientific law, every feeling, every emotion, every breath, every breeze, every soul- all created in Jesus. And if we were created IN him, we MUST be made up of the same things that Jesus is made up of. All created things carry his matter, his substance.

All things were created in Jesus. Meaning our bodies, our souls, our breath trying to function outside of Jesus is like trying to live and breathe underwater. They are dead.

All things have been created through Jesus. This can only mean he is the one who began us. He is the one who breathed us to life at the start. Conception started with Jesus.

All things were created for Jesus. Meaning, YES. There is a purpose to life. Yes, there is a reason for everything that has been made by Jesus. Every blade of grass, every cloud, every deer and bird and turtle. Every law, every force, every emotion and feeling, every body, every soul, every mind. EVERY. SINGLE. LIFE has a purpose to him.

Jesus is before all things. He supersedes every decision you make, every thought you think, every prayer you pray. He supersedes every life that comes into the world, every word that is spoken, every deed that is done. And NOT just the beautiful. Jesus supersedes the terrible. The unthinkable. The unforgivable. His wreckless grace is madly interwoven into every. Little. Thing. EVERY. LITTLE. THING.

IN HIM ALL THINGS HOLD TOGETHER.

Don’t think for one second that Jesus is not where you are.

“The Son is the image of the invisible God, the firstborn over all creation. For in him all things were created: things in heaven and on earth, visible and invisible, weather thrones or powers or rulers or authorities; all things have been created through him and for him. He is before all things, and in him all things hold together.” – Colossians 1:15-17
