Written January 31st 2018.

Tonight a pain familiar stings my heart.

Growing up as a military brat I have had to sat my fair share of goodbyes to friends, places and seasons.
Tonight closed the season of the 7tens. Aka the fancy dogs, jungle cats; a group of wild amazing, on fire for Christ team of women I started this journey with. It is through tears that I write this, not bad tears just tears of letting go of one of the most growing and beautiful seasons of my life. IT was with this team I started this journey. We have had a lot of adventures and God filled times together from surprisingly freezing in Chile, endless sweeping and raking in Argentina, hiking 64 miles round trip through the Amazon jungle in Bolivia and lastly serving at the adventures base/ finding new ministries to work with in Cambodia. All with the same purpose of serving, going deeper with God and sharing His love with every person we encountered.

Over the past 4 months these 6 girls have challenged me in many ways, in boldness, love, intimacy, vulnerability, character and community. They have pushed me in my faith and they have called me up to a better version of myself.

Each woman on my team has taught me how to go deeper with God in many ways below is a list of the top way they impacted me these past few months.

Cassie has taught me to seek God with Joy and expectation.

Cassie is a boss with directions! She always kept me from getting lost xD

Bry has taught me to seek Gods word, to be disciplined in spending time in it.

*Staged* photo of Bry’s first time using the bathroom in the great out doors! little did we know this would be come quite the reg.

Shannon has taught me what servant leadership looks like/serving with joy.

When you order a burger and its literally the size of your face!

Elise has taught me to boldly proclaim Gods truth.

Photo cred- Averi- This is one of my favorite pictures of Elise xD This is a peek into the realities of travel days!

Mallory has taught me the power in prayer and having faith.

What can I say.. Mal Pal has a way of surprising you! She always knew how to bring a smile to my face <3

Calli has taught me how to step out in boldness and love the people in front of me.

Calli is pretty much always adorable! Plus the pic above we are unknowingly in the same pose as our very first team photo! Haha

Our first team photo <3

Our first month of ministry in Chile! <3

This was a beautiful season and I will forever be grateful for these amazing sisters!

I’ll be doing an introductory blog for my new teammates later this week!
