Family, friends, brothers and sisters in Christ…
In 99 days I will land in America and The World Race will be over.
When I was a child 99 seemed like a very large number. Remember in school when you celebrated the 100th day of school and it always seemed to take forever to get to that day?
Now that I am a month and 6 days away from turning 28, 99 days seems so short.
We have a week and 2 days left of ministry in Bulgaria followed by a 5 day Debrief.
We then fly to Africa, spend a little less than a month in Zimbabwe.
Spend even less time in Swazi while some of our squad members’ parents will be able to join their children on the field for a week.
Then, we head to South Africa for another short month and Final Debrief.
Then New York, New York here we come on November 20!
I’m blown away by how such little time we have left. I don’t want to wish it away but I’m also excited that home is so close, it’s an odd feeling.
99 days; so much to do/so much can happen, in such a short amount of time!
God is good, all the time and all the time, God is good!
