How on earth can I ever sufficiently express my gratitude?
Folks, today I am FULLY FUNDED for the World Race. That’s right, I said it! FULLY FUNDED!
What does that mean? That means that I get to leave for the World Race and fully focus on the journey at hand. That means that God has answered another prayer of mine.
And, as my friend Tay so eloquently put it, “I thank you from the bottom of my heart to the top of Mt. Everest.”
Because without you, it wouldn’t have happened. You, my supporters and partners, have made it possible for me to write this blog. Thank you for your prayers, for your donations, for your sacrifices.
I know many of you have given not out of excess, but out of sacrifice because you believed in me and in the work God is calling me to do. I cannot tell you how grateful I am that you said “yes!” when you felt prompted to give.
And many of you gave time and prayer to me. Your sacrifice of this valuable resource does not go unnoticed or unappreciated! I love seeing how everyone has become so invested in this journey with me in all sorts of unique ways.
I feel incredibly blessed to witness God’s power and provision in this way. I love how my teammate Kayla says “God doesn’t just have abundant resources, He has unlimited resources.” When I began to fundraise over a year ago, I was dreading it. But now, I see this opportunity as a gift. You can read more about my journey with fundraising here.
I feel like I am swimming in an ocean of thankfulness. God has blessed me in so many ways. I’m spending my final days surrounded by His love and the love of those around me. I just can’t stop smiling!
Oh and by the way, have I said “thank you” yet for all you’ve done?
