Tomorrow morning my squad will be leaving campus and taking a road trip to Foley, Alabama. We will be working with Samaritan’s Purse to do some disaster relief from the hurricanes that just came through. Hearing stories from the other squads on campus that went to Louisiana the past few weeks makes me so excited to go and minister to others. We will be cleaning up any trees down in the yard, fixing up houses, ministering to the homeowners, neighbors, or those driving by. We will be there for two weeks from October 31st to November 14th. Then I get to come home for a week over thanksgiving and back to Gainesville, Georgia to finish out training camp.
You all have probably been wondering if I will actually be able to go overseas and minister. I am SO EXCITED to announce that we are officially going to be launching!! In January 2021 we will be going overseas. Not sure what country yet but it will be either in Central America or South America! I am ready to get on the field and start ministering to others and leading others to Christ. Watching others be moved by the love of God and the good news of the gospel.
I only need to raise $3,787 more until I am fully funded. Please pray about this amount and if you feel called to give go ahead and hit that donate button.
