A company called ‘Digital Bible Society’ in Houston gave me the opportunity to tour their facility before I left on the World Race. Their passion is to spread the Gospel to the nations in every native language and the amount of resources they have is impressive and humbling.
It is impressive because the amount of languages they already have resources for is so numerous and the passion in their office is untouched.
It is humbling because there are still so many more languages and people groups that haven’t had the opportunity to hear the Gospel in their native language.
They had so much excitement for what the Lord was going to do this next year not only in my life but in the lives of the people around me and because of this, they gifted me with something that is one of the greatest gifts I will ever receive. Without hesitation, they made sure that I had USB drives for each country and the major language that included resources ranging from the Bible in text, audio Bible, the Jesus film and more. They also provided a small, solar powered device that has the New Testament in the respective language to listen to.
Upon receiving these gifts, I knew that the Lord was going to use them in some amazing way…I just didn’t know what that looked like yet…
