{Unsung Heroes : Northern Thailand}

Hello from Thailand! I want to let you know about an additional project that has been added to my World Race trip this month.
Adventures in Missions (AIM) is starting a new program called the “Unsung Heroes Campaign”. Basically, AIM/The World Race wants to expand and add more ministry contacts around the world, so they’re appointing people on the field to actively look for such contacts and set up partnerships. In addition to expanding their network, AIM is also interested in identifying "unsung heroes" in ministry around the world. They consider an unsung hero to be someone who is "dedicated to serving some of the most impoverished populations in the world, especially if they rarely receive recognition for their dedication and service."

My team is located in Chiang Mai, Thailand and we are searching for people who are working in the area within a few hours of the city. Once we find these people, we will contact them and try to set up meetings, see/work with their ministry for a few hours, and find out all the information needed to connect them with the AIM staff in the US so that they can possibly send World Race teams to work with them.

Please e-mail me at meganterrell87@gmail if you know of anyone who is Christ/Kingdom focused working to better Northern Thailand and could use some more support. We are currently making a list of contacts, and will be researching their ministries online tomorrow and start contacting them to set up meetings.
