God shows up in the most unusual ways.  Last Saturday on one of our tuk tuk rides one of the guys decided to give the driver a track when we paid him.  This is what followed: “You’re Christian?  Me too.  I am a pastor and run a school.”  We proceeded to talk to him for awhile about his story, his life, and how he came to be our tuk tuk driver that afternoon.  He had been praying for foreigners to come and help at his school.  He exchanged his contact information with our team leader and we said we would try and go check out the school later in the week.  Today was that day and it was amazing.  The pastor picked us up at our hotel around 3 this afternoon and took us to two of his schools. On the way we prayed that God would take control of this afternoon and use it for what he saw best.  The ride there was amazing, we got to see some beautiful country side and ride through fields and villages.  Going to this school I though “this is what I pictured the World Race to look like.”  The kids were so adorable.  We went to visit and see what the school was like and if it would be a good place for other teams to go.  They had other ideas in mind.  We got there and they wanted us to teach.  So put on the spot looking at one another like “what have we gotten ourselves into” we came up with a few ideas.  We started off singing Head, Shoulders, Knees and Toes, then had a little pep talk about why the kids should stay in school and that they were doing a good job.  After that the pastor wanted us to share the Gospel so I prayed for God to give me the words and began to tell 30 something Cambodian students about Jesus and what he did for them.  We ended our time with doing the Hokie Pokie and magic tricks with the students.  The day didn’t turn out anything like what we thought but was a great none the less.  God’s plans are always the best.  Once we were done and the students were leaving I started to realize just what it means “to be prepared in of season and out of season.”  We should always be ready to share with people the love of Jesus and all that he has done for us.  These kids were amazing the smiles, the laughter, the love they shared with us completely made my day.  This is they type of place that needs our help, the people at this school are volunteering their time without any pay and love every minute of it.  I want to ask that you pray for this pastor and the work he is doing, pray for the people who are working with these students, and pray for the students that they will come to know who Jesus is and all that he has done for them.  Thank you for your continued prayers and encouragement.  May God continue to bless you all.  Love yo
