I recently got back from a family vacation in Orlando, Florida. It was everything I wanted and more! It was total and complete relaxation mixed with exciting and thrilling adventures. My 15 family members and I did everything from visiting theme parks and kayaking with alligators to playing putt-putt golf and lounging by the pool. These activities were a blast but they weren’t the reason I had such an amazing time. It was my family. Merely sitting at home all week with them would have been enough.  This trip made me realize how much love my family has for each other. It wasn’t about getting away from the real world and having time to relax. It was about being with the people we love and spending quality time together.

My aunt is the epitome of unconditional love. She is giving, kind, and understanding. The craziest part about it is that she never expects anything in return. You can treat her like she is invisible and she will still treat you like royalty. Through her actions I watched as she showered her love over us, and all week I watched her love flow through each and everyone one of us. Her love is infectious and for that I am grateful. I learned a new level of love this week. Something I can pass along. We all know how to love but we can all love a little deeper. Take your love to the next level!

I continually hear and see quotes about love:  Life without Love…, Love conquers all, blah blah blah. But it’s true! The bible said it best: 1 Corinthians 13:4-8. “Love never fails.”

So “What’s love got to do with it?”….. EVERYTHING!!
