Training camp was amazing!! We spent all week preparing for the ministry work we will be doing on the field. Next year I will be working together with a squad of about 42 fellow Christians. Our squad will hit one country a month. Once we enter the country we will split up into 6 different teams. This will allow us to disperse throughout and touch multiple different areas. I have the honor of traveling with a team of 6 other beautiful women.
I have never been a part of such a beautiful community of Christians: strong, humble and ready to learn and grow. I watched as everyone’s joy and love rubbed off on one another. Each day it multiplied. By the end of the camp there was a bond that had been built between each squad. A bond so natural but so different than anything I have ever been a part of. The atmosphere was unforgettable and the presence of God was indescribable.
We all left camp with a new glow and it was evident! Entering the airport there were a number of people that approached us. Our radiating personalities made everyone interested in what we were doing. They went out of their way to ask why we were traveling. They saw the light of God shinning through us. All believers have this glow. Let God work through you. We can find more joy through God than through man made or worldly practices. Joy is contagious. Pass it on! Show non-believers what they’re missing out on. You don’t even have to talk. That’s the beauty of it. God will speak through our actions. Let him in and let him work!!
