I’ve been getting a lot of people who are questioning my decision to go on this mission. Some say they don’t trust the organization. Others say I just want to travel and get away from work. Some even say I don’t know enough to teach others. These last few days I started really digging into the scripture. I learned how important it is to study The Word and listen to the Holy Spirit deep inside my heart. The Holy Spirit is so powerful. It overrides our cultural norms, human advice, and all worldly views.
I’m going on this mission to serve. Despite what anyone has said, it’s not about me. It’s about something even greater than all of us. God knows more than anybody how I need to live my life and my heart behind my actions. At the end of the day, I will answer to one man, The Creator of everything, my Savior, my Father God. I have been called to do God’s work and that’s exactly what I’m going to do.
Be aware of what is ” world driven” and recognize what comes from the kingdom of heaven. Don’t let the culture transform who you are and what God has made you to be!! There’s a lot of evil going on in this world. I refuse to clone myself to be like everyone else just to fit in and make people around me happy. I am NOT a robot to this world. I am a soldier in God’s army. God made all of us unique. You too have your own purpose and it’s not to fit into a mold created by society.
