I am now in Antigua, Guatemala passing the time until we head to our next destination, Nicaragua. Our team arrived a day ahead of everyone else so that we could be here to find a place to stay and ministry for them to do. We missed out on the 5am wake up call and jumping in the freezing cold water. I have to say, I am a little happy to be on the media team. We get to miss all that stuff.
Although Guatemala is gorgeous, I still find myself missing Mexico sometimes. But I know that the Lord has so much more to show me this year in many different parts of the world. I want Him to give me a heart for the world. I am excited for what is to come.
We will be in Nicaragua on Monday starting our next month of ministry. Our team of eight will be splitting in half for the month so that we can cover two different locations. I will be ministering along with another team in an area near a garbage dump. I know that we will have some amazing stories to tell. Stay tuned.
