How to tell you all about myself? Where to start? I believe the very beginning will be the best.
Background:
I know others will want to debate it, but I have the best parents and brother around. My father is a fireman and my mother is an elementary school principal. My brother is 18 and just graduated high school. My parents have greatly shaped the person I am today and I will be forever grateful for that. I've grown up in the perfect little family and have been raised in church my whole life. On top of my parents playing such a huge role in my life, my church has been very influential in me developing my relationship with Christ. Even though I grew up learning all about God and the Bible, it wasn't until the summer after my freshman year in college that I accepted Christ as my Savior and began my walk with Christ. Since then my life has been forever changed and is continuing to be transformed daily. I have lived in the outskirts of Tuscaloosa, Alabama my whole life and because of that bleed crimson and white!
Currently:
I just graduated from the University of Alabama (ROLL TIDE!) with a degree in Early Childhood Development. For my last semester of college I was required to do an intership and since I felt like God is leading me down the path of children's ministry I found a church gracious enough to let me do my internship with them. It was an amazing learning experience for me and I thoroughly enjoyed being there. It was such an amazing experience and because God always provides, I will be staying there through this year until I leave in January.
I can't wait to begin this journey and travel the world spreading the love of Christ with everyone. Ultimately through all of this I hope you will not see Meagan LaFoy, but instead will see a glimpse of the love of Christ.
