A few phenomenons happen while one is on the World Race. Everyone gets lice and/or tattoos, shaves their heads, and consumes copious amounts of peanut butter.
Stats after 63 days of being in Costa Rica
Amount of people who have had lice: 9
Amount of new tattoos: 22
Amount of shaved heads: 1
Amount of peanut butter jars: Probably 100 or more
Although we know all these stats by number, there are some stats we cannot count. We cannot count the amount of hearts changed by the Lord, the number of salvations had and the amount of seeds planted. However, the Lord knows all of these stats, just like He knows the number of hairs on our heads and the words we will speak before we speak them. (Psalm 130)
The fun statistics I’ve kept track of so far on the World Race are nothing compared to all the Lord knows about us. He knows everything about each of us and still chooses to love us in our darkest moments.
Thank you for reading and I hope this blog helped keep you updated on a small part of my life. For the record friends, I have not gotten lice, a tattoo, or shaved my head…. yet. Subscribe to be updated on this crazy journey called the World Race and if you feel led, donate to my blog.
All the love,
McKenna Flood
