When I think about how God is going to use me during the 9 months that I will be on the World Race, I feel very excited(and completely terrified). It is truly incredible that God chooses even the most flawed individuals to show others His unfailing love. On this trip, God will help me love those deemed unlovable, heal those who are supposedly unable to be healed, and share the Gospel with those who have never even heard the name “Jesus.”
“The Spirit of the Lord is on me, because he has anointed me to proclaim good news to the poor. He has sent me to proclaim freedom for the prisoners and recovery of sight for the blind, to set the oppressed free” – Luke 4:18
