As I have worked towards my fundraising goals since I was accepted to go on this trip, I have been amazed by how much God provides. Every time I have felt as though there was no way I could possibly meet my next financial deadline, a series of incredible things occurred to bring me to my goal.
As I sit here writing this, I am praying hard for a bit of a miracle. In order to go on this trip, I need to raise $2,865 USD by this Friday (that’s $3,780 CAD, for anyone wondering). It has been incredible to see how many people have been willing to support me in this endeavour, and I am hoping that more people will be willing to support me in this moment. Now, here is what I’m asking:
If you are at all able, please donate anything you can! Whether it is $5 or $500, every little bit helps! I am currently doing a fundraiser called “Adopt-A-Box” that you can participate in if you’d like! This is how it works: you pick a number, and whatever that number is is the amount of money you donate, i.e 1 = $1, 34 = $34. Every box matters! Additionally, 10 people will be randomly selected to receive a postcard from a country of their choice at some point during my trip! However, if you are not one of the 10 selected and would really like postcard or a letter, let me know and I will send you one!
