“You are an endless ocean; a bottomless sea.”
— Jonathan David Helser

We all have eternity beating on the inside of us. Whether we acknowledge it or not, it’s what keeps us moving. We think it’s our brain telling our heart to pump blood through our system, our lungs to breathe in oxygen and provide the necessary flow of things into our body.

But really – it’s eternity.

Last night was one of the most powerful nights of worship that I’ve ever experienced. I’m at the World Race training camp for the June and July 2010 squads. Jonathan David Helser and his band came in the last few days and led us in lifting our voices to the King of Kings.

I wish that I could put it into words… but it’s hard to. I just know that I danced my chains off, so much so that my legs are sore today. I know that I sang with such ferocity that I have no voice left. My ears are still buzzing with the deafening cry of a generation of sons and daughters who had an encounter with the resurrected Savior.

Powerful.

You might be asking: what does that look like, Matthew? It looks like this:

Call us crazy… but sometimes we need to dance like fools before the throne.
