My lovely and most “smashing” sister, Kimberly Daniels, acted as my conscience this morning and helped me understand why posting the blog I was writing was a bad idea.  She was right.  There wasn’t an ounce of grace or humility to it.  I was venting.  I shouldn’t vent when I blog because, well, as she said, “you’re a firecracker.”

So in honor of Kimberly this morning, and in an effort to mobilize people to traverse to Haiti, I’m posting this call-to-action video that she made.  It’s actually quite wonderful.  All of the footage is from our World Race Alumni team that was down there about three weeks ago.  She spent a “few minutes” compiling all of these clips and making them worth watching.  (Jake Hoyer, that’s for you…)

Anyway, here’s the video.  Watch it… please.  And if you’re interested in going to Haiti, whether with a church group or wanting to join a team, let me know and I’ll hook you up with the right people.  So without further ado, here is the video.  And please share it with as many people as you can!

**and I might have written this blog with Kim present, which is why I wrote so many good things about her…
