Many people have been asking me in the last several days as to why I haven’t been blogging. My response was usually me just shrugging my shoulders and saying, “I have nothing to say.”
The real reason is I’ve been uninspired.It’s strange to say that because I work for a missions organization and hear incredible stories coming off of the field all of the time. It would be hard to lack inspiration in my situation people say.
Not true.
All of this to say that sometimes we need to take a hiatus and just… take a break. So that’s what I’m doing. I’m taking a break until I’m bubbling with inspiration to unleash into the blog-o-sphere.
It’s easy to lose touch of why we do what we do. And I think I have. And I think I need to cut back on some things in order to regain my composure.
So this hiatus isn’t for you. It’s for me.
